the Many Animals". In this masterpiece, a Schnauzer was

The first known image of a "riesenschnauzer" dog was in
a painting that was a painting of Bavarian Princess
Elizabeth (the future Empress "Sissi" of Austria). At
the feet of the princess a big, rough coated dog
believed to be a so-called" Munich Schnauzer. |

A Standard Schnauzer Ch Parsifal Di Casa Netzer wins
Working Group for first time at Westminster and goes on
to win BIS. Ch. Parsifal Di Casa Netzer was the 1996 #1
(All Breed) Show Dog. Additionally, Parsifal was BOB at
the 1997 SSCA National Specialty. In June 1997, Parsifal
won a Group 1 and Second Best in Show at the 1997 World
Dog Show in Puerto Rico. |
